It ensures that emerging LLMSWs are supported as they navigate the complexities of practice, while upholding ethical standards and quality of care. Supervision provides a structured environment for skill-building, self-reflection, and case conceptualization, helping LLMSWs grow in competence and confidence. It also fosters accountability and prepares LLMSWs to meet the demands of independent licensure with integrity and resilience.
